Somethings I forgot to mention yesterday..

1. During the WTH hour (i.e. lunch hour) there was this mom with two little kids. I don't know who, but just someone (I suspect it was guyboss-wadshisname because I saw him do it - well, kind of) opened the door, and...the older kid's finger got "kiapped", and he cried and cried and cried - well duh, because it REALLY hurt. Heheh..Poor kid..

Today

Lunch hour was as crazy as yesterday. Now this is weird - because the lunch hour last week was bad (i.e. not many customers) but these few days - subway was just BUSTLING with business lol. However...When I looked at the customer count(number of sales) it wasn't really a lot - but it really felt like there were ALOT of customers. Serious lol.

Oh oh and also, during lunch hour, there was this couple who ordered something. Rachael (who was still there) took the lady's order, but due to some unknown misunderstanding Rachael put the Southwest sauce - which the customer didn't want. So guyboss-wadshisname kind of "jiang" her. Rachael ended up feeling super pek cek -_- I sayang-ed her lol. (Well of course Mary helped to remove the sauces and stuff).

Moreover, during lunch hour also, there was this honey oat bread I was cutting. Guyboss-wadshisname was watching and he said to me in a displeased tone, "What happened to that corner of the bread?!" Apparently it had been dented, but not by me, so I told him, "I don't know!" in a "YOU ASK ME I OSO DUNNO LA WAH LAO!" tone. Ahahaha~

Also today there was this lady who's order was undertaken by Vanessa. 6-inch ham double meat and extra cheese. After Vanessa toasted the bread the customer said, "I never said I wanted it toasted." So Vanessa had to do it all over again. But the main point is....Mary said we could eat the toasted bread, but Vanessa and I were like, "ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Its DOUBLE MEAT. And EXTRA CHEESE!!!!" Get what I mean? Lol~~ But we shared it together in the end (again).

And and and, that Joseph lookalike came in today with another friend (Yesterday was with a girl). I took his friend's order and Vanessa took Joseph-lookalike's. They sat at the sofa area. Then suddenly Vanessa beckoned me and she whispered to me, "You know those two out there? THEY KEEP LOOKING AT US." I was like, "...Freaky." They just kept staring/looking at is - and it was a bit freaky. I only managed to catch them doing that once though. Vanessa and I kept laughing and laughing - we were just crazy during that period of time that those guys were there; we were just strangely high, and we couldn't stop laughing lol. Once, she had to spit out the water she was drinking. After some time, some customers came in and I took their orders, then I noticed those two guys leaving. Having settled all the customers already, Vanessa came to tell me, "Eh before they left right, they were staring at you/us while standing leh!"

Vanessa and I agreed that Joseph-lookalike and his friend both had perverted looks. They didn't clear the table so I had to do it - and I felt a bit...freaked out while doing that. I mean I could like "feel" their presence there. IT IS NOT FUNNY!

A bit freaky lol. I was thinking, "Maybe he's revenging at me for staring a bit at him yesterday." LULZ.
If he comes in again tomorrow, I'm going to take extra notice of him - for no reason >_>

Oh and, today all 3 of my favourite customers didn't turn up ):

++ work ++

1. I have 3 favourite customers now ahahaha. Two of them come together - a duo of ang moh gentlemen. They always order the BMT(one each), always a foot-long, and with the same vegetables. They're so nice >.< One of them is taller than the other and he wears glasses and is always so warm and welcoming; the other is shorter without glasses but is handsome and as nice as well. The third one is another ang moh guy as well >_> But his accent is like..SINGLISH. LOL.

2. Yesterday, there was this customer I serviced who looked like a REPLICA of Joseph. I was like *STARE STARE* I was seriously SHOCKED lol because the rascal is pretty good-looking but I don't like him (as in, I have a certain grudge against him).

3. Amazingly today, only ONE cookie broke in half. For the past few days, the baked cookies kept breaking :\ And these are either thrown away, or koop-ed by us (the part-timers). Mary doesn't mind it if we take the broken cookies, but guyboss-wadshisname does. Haiz.

4. All of us at Subway don't like to service the students that come in. Especially the ACJC, ACS and Fairfield ones. Oh gawsh they're like total trouble, its just for some unknown reason that we all don't really like them. Especially Rachel haha. Vanessa and I are still pretty okay about it (I think).

5. Working at Subway updates me (a little bit) on er..."new" mainstream music - because Class 95 is er...played there. Vanessa helps me out on this haha - she identifies some songs that I'm starting to like (which, conveniently enough, are played on the radio almost EVERYDAY) lol.

6. If anyone wants to meet me up this saturday, please tag me on my blog in the chatbox. I'm going out with Daphne on that day to watch Underworld: Rise of the Lycans.

Well today's a monday. And saturday will be coming. But before saturday...

Work's going good - David (guyboss-wadshisname) doesn't talk as often any more <3 It seems like we (his part-timers) are more reliable now (to take care of customers). I'm enjoying whatever I do there - because of the awesome people I'm working with. Rachael <3 Vanessa <3 Ah Pon <3 MARY!!! <33 And Maybo <3 and all the other people.

Oh and today at work...I SAW SOMEONE WHO WAS ALMOST A REPLICA OF BEN. LYKE SRISLY.
TALL.
BLOND.
LONG HAIR.
But he was wearing glasses. LOL.
I almost wanted to exclaim, "Ben?!" But held my tongue before I blurted out an obviously stupid question XD!!!
But boy was I so surprised. I was smiling and laughing to myself the whole time xD

Speaking of which, yes, it seems that at work I can smile and laugh happily. I'm happy there. Except for the daily ACS/ACJC bitches and bastards that frequent our workplace to eat. Assholes...I don't hate them, I just don't really like them. Still, I hold no contempt against them. I'm just as nice to them as I am to all the other customers that come in.

Oh and, the other day. There was this guy who ordered a foot-long Cheese Steak. DOUBLE MEAT. I was like "WTH!" The regular portions of beef-n-cheese to be added is two packets - but this time was FOUR! Ohgawsh. LULZ.

All the customers that come in are sooooooo well-mannered and nice and everything (save for the ACJC/ACS idiots). Even those who study at the ...the..United World College something, they're really nice too. Today there was this bunch of students (from there) that came in - and they ordered some things that were really troublesome to prepare. And they apologized, and didn't mind that I took a bit longer to prepare their food. And they said thank you. I mean, c'mon, if it was a SINGAPOREAN who ordered, and a typical one at that, do you think they'd say thank you? I don't think so heheheh. (Well of course I did the usual "Sorry sorry sorry!!!" And "Thank you!!" )

Hmm...anything else...OH RIGHT! KKnM is having an (unbelievable) sale of their anime merchandise (and dvds and stuff like that) AND I CAN'T GO BECAUSE I WORK IN THE AFTERNOON!

And this saturday...I deno what to do on that day. I don't know who's free in the evening to watch Underworld 3 with me. And if worse comes to worse - I'll watch it by myself. If I had to confess something...It'll be "Its always like this every year."

But anyway, that's about it. Ben's birthday is coming up on thursday =P As usual I've already sent him a birthday card =X

So apparently, according to guyboss- no wait, I shall say GAYBOSS-wadshisname, I am irresponsible, immmature, and I have attitude problem, and I ALSO can't do it. I'm like "WTF. LULZ" Hmm...Maybe in my studies I'm not like that, but when working at a place that does not require any HIGHER EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND, I'm a bit more clumsy I suppose. AHAHAHAHA. If anyone can't detect a tinch of insult there, they're stupid.

I'm not ever going to quit just because of gayboss-wadshisname. I couldn't be bothered if he's judging my character or not. Because I'm not related to him in anyway, and its not important to prove him wrong either. Not at such a working environment. But when I get my REAL desired job in the near future, I'll be sure to prove anyone wrong if they ever misjudge me.

Only one thing that I want to report today..

There was this hottie who came in, and I took his order too. <3 I just have this thing for long hair haha. And ang moh la of course. That's one of the reasons James is so much more attractive than any other guy I know -.- I can't imagine a chinese guy having long hair :\ Unless his face is actually quite handsome. Today I seem to notice more whether the customers I serve were good-looking or not LOL. Got quite a few sia...

Argh....Migrain (SP) now...

Oh and, starting tomorrow my new shift will be 11am to 3pm. Siao la...So early. Have to wake up at 7-8am lor. Haiz. OH YAR! The boss wants the shift the newcomer into the night shift, and he said "I need someone responsible." So basically I took it as he views me as irresponsible -.-

When I was going to leave work today, I overheard guyboss-wadshisname telling Maybo "Shi Wan right, she quite slow when...." I couldn't hear the next part shiatzzz. Maybo, what did he say about me arh?

Another thing...When we're serving customers right, and if any sandwich he sees isn't very nicely done, he'll come out to correct it, BUT HE DOES IT SO DAMN SLOWLY. He wants us to be quick-quick-quick, yet when he's trying to help us he's super slow. He can serve his own customers sure, but he always gets in the way when he's trying to help out. -.-;;;

Me arhz? Nothing much to say lor. I'm quite used to this job le, pretty much like it actually. Not so bad haha. I might just stick to it until April/May. Oh and, I don't think I'm going to ever try asking for saturdays/sundays off le, because he looked pissed when I mentioned something similar to taking a day off.

And then there're my friends...I miss them so muchhhhh. Luckily I'm doing afternoon shift, so at night can talk to James haha.

About my work

Today when signing in (to work) with the card thing, I printed the time on the wrong side, and I didn't realize it until hours later. So I told Mary, and she said she'd correct it for me afterwords, but it so happens that we had a load of customers later. By the time we were done, I was going to sign out already (5.30pm) and so I reminded Mary about the signing in problem. The guyboss-wadshisname (a new nickname I just gave him, copied abit from Maybo) overheard what I told Mary and he checked my card, gave me a long face, and said "Unbelievable." I went "WTF" in my head; I REALLY wanted to stab him there and then -.-; He wasn't in the best of moods either, because there was this newcomer who came today and she had to be taught almost everything, even cleaning up (sweeping and mopping included). The guyboss-wadshisname was pissed that she couldn't do all these properly - "You at home never do house chores?" So he took his anger out on me as well, with a single word that was full of displeasure :\

I hope that new comer hasn't been frightened off by our PMS-ing boss. She looks so nice la, and he just HAD to pick on her like he does on me ;\

To Maybo
You like guyboss-wadshisname?!?!?! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? HE SUCKS 100% SHIT LA WTF. I tell you, I'm feeling exactly like Rachel and Vanessa - "We're only staying because of Mary." Guyboss-wadshisname never gives me sermons anymore haha - because I'm always busy AHAHAHAHAHA. I told myself that from today onwards, whenever I have to listen to his ass-talks, I'll pull a long face and act a bit attitude. HA! He PMS everyday la, please..

Also, today right, I asked nicely if I could go off half hour earlier (because my family was expecting guests) know what he said? "I dont know la. Its your job - your responsibility." in a VERY displeased tone. Basically he was trying to say "You can't." (because they're short on part-timers) But I tell you, with his kind of attitude right...He'll be driving all of his workers away. And also, I think its going to be even HARDER to ask for a day off. Assholes..

Oh and the night shift thing right? He never told me why, but I knew - its because my serving customers time is over the limit of 2 minutes. Asses lol. I wish I could do the night shift with you, but I'm pretty happy with doing afternoon shift because at night can talk to James lol (Even if I feel that he's purposefully telling me "You're too slow and stupid"). And it forces me to eat a proper brunch HAHA.
